My Tank Solo XL has a lug width of 23mm (actually a fraction less) and the Must XL is the same. Actually, it is something like 23.6-23.7mm so you go up to 23-----22mm would be too small. You should invest in an inexpensive digital caliper. You'd likely see how useful it can be and the cost is neglegible.
